Drums!

A drum set

I have a drum set. A standard drum set consists of a snare drum, bass drum, high tom, middle tom, low tom, high hat cymbal, and crash/ride cymbal. I have these parts and also a splash cymbal. The snare is a drum that has several hard strings to give it a unique sound. The bass drum is the biggest drum in the drum set. It is the lowest pitched drum and is played with a kick pedal. The high tom is a high-pitched drum, the middle tom is lower than the high tom and higher than the low tom. The low tom is a low pitched drum. The high hat is two cymbals that open and close. The crash cymbal is a big cymbal with a loud sound. The splash is a small cymbal with a high sound.

A Police Dog

Dogs are much better than cats. Dogs play fetch with you and sometimes even run with you. My favorite dog breed is the golden retriever. My other favorite breeds are basset hounds, German shepherd, border collies, and Labrador retrievers.  I have two dogs: a basset hound named Harriet, and a German shepherd named Max. I also like those cool police dogs who sniff out the criminals to help the police.

Today is teacher appreciation day at my school. I am going to talk about my favorite teachers and why they are good. My first teacher is Mr. Kinder. He is very funny. Once in my technology class, a pop-up appeared on my computer. The pop-up said: message from Mr. Kinder: Chill Out. The other good teacher is Mrs. Debolt. Mrs. Debolt is fun because she lets us play games on the computer after we are done with our assignments. These are my favorite teachers at our school.

Kidnapped!

I was kidnapped when I ran into four monsters. The one on the far left was the tallest, and his face looked like and easter island head. The second one to the left actually looked like a person. The second one to the right looked like he was a flower, but he grew into a person. The one on the right looked like he came from a different galaxy. The group of  monsters made me grow wings by the big monster levitating me in the air. I stayed in the air because the alien was using his anti-gravity ray. The flower monster made me follow the orders of the human. The human said that I was going to be the monsters' slave forever. At that moment, I grew wings...
