Thanksgiving hamburgers
For my first Thanksgiving as host, I bought the biggest turkey they had in the
store. I invited my entire family. They all said they would bring food for the dinner. My sister would bring the potatoes. my grandmother would bring the stuffing, and uncle tony and Jeff would bring the green beans. Well on thanksgiving morning i woke up with a terrible head ache but still had to put the turkey in the oven and took some medicine. So as i was sitting on the couch watching TV i started to doze off to sleep. When i woke up to the sound of the fire alarm i jumped up and took out the turkey to my surprise the medicine i had taken was not non drowsy as i thought it was. And when the family called and said they'd be over in 20 minutes i did what any reasonable man would do threw some burgers on the grill. And when they arrived they all were surprised to find the smell of burgers and not turkey so i shrugged and smiled and they didn't seem to care. and that's why we all ate hamburgers.
