How to be Healthy
A method to being healthy is going outside to exercise instead of being a couch potato. You could do that by riding your bike, playing sports, and much more! You are supposed to spend 60 minutes being active. If the weather isn't good enough for going outside, then you could go to a health club or a gymnasium. What you shouldn't do is stay inside for the whole day to eat junk food. If you have an exercising machine inside, you could exercise like that. Get active today!
